1.1 Teaching Methods
The methods in the School Of the Future is the teacher using 4A ( activity, Analisis, Abstraction, Aplication), explicit teaching, differentiated instruction, deductive method, inductive method, practical work approach. I observed that with those methods can make the students active and catch the materials easier.
1.2 Learning Materials and Innovation
The materials and innovation based on curriculum, books, electronics media, and pictures or videos from internet. For example, the teacher used projector, laptop, and speaker for showed the materials like video or picture. And then teacher used chalkboard with chalk for explain the materials with other way from a book. Sometimes teacher used manila paper too.
1.3 Sources of learning and technology
For sources of learning and technology in the School Of the Future, the teacher using curriculum K-12, handbook for subjects, and also the teacher using technology for learning media such as projector, speaker, etc.
1.4 Authentic assessment used by the teachers
The teachers used authentic assessment revolves around evaluating a students’ ability to apply what they have and catch learned in the lesson. Authentic assesment to measure teacher learning success with measure students’ understanding. I observed in the classroom , authentic assessment are performance assessment, self-assessment, questions and answers, and worksheet.
